Our goods are handmade to order, just for you. Orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing. If you need your item sooner, please send us an email at shopkertis@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request! 

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and usually arrive within 1 to 3 days. International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and tend to arrive within 6 to 14 days, depending on the destination.

Return Policy

As our goods are handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make amends.
